Tommy Douglas Secondary School – New Building Opens February 3, 2015

Aurora, ON – Tuesday, February 3, 2015 will mark the first day of classes in the new Tommy Douglas Secondary School building, located at 4020 Major Mackenzie Drive in Woodbridge. During construction of the new building, students and staff were temporarily housed at Woodbridge College.

“We are thrilled to be moving into our new building and appreciate all of the support we’ve received from Woodbridge College and the local community.” said Ann Pace, Principal of Tommy Douglas Secondary School (TDSS). “As we make the transition into the new school, we ask motorists to be mindful of increased foot traffic in the area.”

Home to Grade 9 and 10 students, TDSS is currently a small but growing school making a big impact on students through rigorous academics, athletics, and clubs. The school offers a variety of programs that will help students develop into conscientious, responsible members of society. TDSS is proud to support the academic and social growth of the students in its community.
