Registration

  • Registration will take 2-3 hours in person
  • Registration session includes a:
    • presentation;
    • literacy assessment;
    • personal interview;
    • payment and documentation
Sign up for a registration session by email: psw@yrdsb.ca, please include the date and time you plan to attend. Spaces are limited, sign ups will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

  • $1100 due upon registration payable by Cash, Money Order, Debit, Visa or Mastercard (course fee subject to change)

    Admission Requirements

    To apply you must:

    • attend an entire registration session with applicable documentation:
      • proof of residency (rental contract, tax bill, utility bill, etc.) 
      • status in Canada (Canadian birth certificate, Canadian passport, proof of Canadian Citizenship, permanent resident card, refugee claimant or convention refugee status)
    • be 18 years or older
    • be able to get to and from designated clinical and community placement sites
    • produce a clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check at the time of placement.
