Students will be allowed to use the telephone for emergency situations only. Likewise, parents are asked not to call the school to talk to children except in an emergency. To ensure that the telephone lines are available for school business and emergency purposes please do not use “call display” to call the office to ask why we called you. If there is any emergency we will phone back and/or leave a message.
Transportation arrangements MUST be made prior to arriving at school. Students are not permitted to use the phone to make these arrangements. Students will be allowed to use the phone if a teacher has asked them to stay in or if a club etc. has been cancelled.
If parents have equipped their child with a cell phone it must be turned off during school hours. The school accepts NO responsibility for any lost or stolen phones.
