To ensure a timely solution, include the following information in the email: 

  1. your full name,
  2. the course you are applying to/enrolled in,  
  3. the specific problem you are encountering, AND
  4. indicate/describe which system you are using or where you are encountering the issue (i.e the application system, D2L, Connect2Learn, etc...)
