Volunteering
New School Volunteers must obtain & submit a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) completed within
Obtain Letter of Introduction from School Office
ALL Returning School Volunteers must sign a Volunteer Annual Offence Declaration Form provided they
have a PVSC on file in the School Office.

Castlemore's School Cash Online went "LIVE" Sept. 6/16
YRDSB has moved to the School Cash Online System for school based accounting. Our Board and ALL of its Schools are working to implement a system that will work for everyone. As such, we are asking all parents/guardians to please use this system, as their preferred method of payment.
- Once you register for School Cash Online, you will receive email Notification of Events/Activities for your child(ren), pay online and give electronic permission conveniently from home, AND there will be no paperwork to return to school and no cheques to write.
- ALL School Notifications are posted approximately 6 weeks prior to an Activity and remain active and available for payment for two weeks; and then expire.
- Once an Event has expired, it will be necessary to obtain a hard copy for that Event at the Office and you will then return your written permission and your cheque promptly to the Office.
- Should a refund be required, parent/guardians who used Cash Online as their payment system will receive their refund directly back to their source of payment. (i.e. credit card, etc.)
- A parent/guardian who wrote a personal cheque for as payment must wait for a school cheque to be issued for their return.
- Registration began May 2016 and as of March 2017, 95% of our families have registered and are enjoying the conveniences of School Cash Online.

Lunch Programs - PIZZA | SUB | MILK
- These voluntary, fundraising programs typically operate from late October to the end of May each school year.
- Should you choose not to particiate in these voluntary programs, you must send a lunch with your son/daughter on these Tuesdays, as Kids Kitchen does not service our school on these days.
- Order forms will be posted online. Please sign up for School Cash Online as the posting will be emailed to you for payment. Please check the dates carefully on the Order Forms and mark your calendar so you will be aware of when your child will receive Pizza and/or Sub Lunches.
- Our Milk Program runs Mon, Wed, Thurs. & Fri. (NOT TUESDAYS)
- It is best to order and pay online as each class will have their own order report. Once the Cash Online Event has expired, you may still participate; but you must obtain a hard copy order form at the Office and return your written order and your cheque promptly. The program start date and cost will be adjusted for your particular situation; as we must place our orders one week in advance.
