Graduation Counselling 2023-2024

• If there are any questions or concerns about fulfilling the requirements to graduate, please make an appointment with your counsellor as soon as possible. 

Ontario University Application Centre (OUAC)

• YRDSB will send OEN's to all students the week of Oct 10th 2023 via their GAPPS account. Students will use this information to create an account on OUAC. https://www.ouac.on.ca/apply/dashboard/en_CA/user/login​

PINS for Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS)

• If you are applying to college programs through OCAS, you must create an account by visiting https://www.ontariocolleges.ca/en 

Applying to American Universities?

• Please let your alpha counsellor know ASAP about your intentions. We require at least three weeks notice for before any due dates and documents are required. A reminder that it is your responsibility to check for upcoming dates & requirements for each university you are applying to.
