Milk Program Coordinator Needed!
We are in search of a parent volunteer to run our Milk Program for the 2014-2015 school year. Without a parent volunteer, we will not be able to run this healthy program.
This fundraising program is run by School Council. The job entails creating, distributing and processing order forms in a timely manner; preparing bank deposits; creating and maintaining a spreadsheet; maintaining a record of all orders; training student and parent volunteers; placing weekly orders and special delivery orders; handling any issues that may arise; labeling all bins; creating and maintaining class lists; creating and maintaining the volunteer schedule; registering school by deadline for the following year; liaison with school administration and parent volunteers; close program at end of year, and any other duties that may arise related to the milk program.
