Notes on Translation
The electronic translation service on the York Region District School Board's website is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages, although an impressive number, this does not capture all languages or dialects. The basic translation’s goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material.
The York Region District School Board does not guarantee the quality, accuracy or completeness of any translated information. Before you act on translated information, the Board encourages you to confirm any facts that are important to you and affect any decisions you may make.
The York Region District School Board is committed to parent, family and community engagement, and it is our hope that by providing this tool on our website that we are making our information more accessible to families whose first language is not English and thereby enabling better engagement in public education.

BIENVENUE!

It is our pleasure to welcome both new and returning students
and their families to Beverley Acres Public School! We look forward to
working together with our dedicated staff to encourage, motivate, and support
our students to do their very best each and every day. True
partnerships are key to all of us here, as we work to support student success
and well-being. Teachers, support staff and school assistants are
dedicated to enhancing Beverley Acres’ vibrant learning community.
We are committed to creating and fostering a warm, caring and
supportive educational environment for your child. Our staff have a strong
commitment to student success and well-being, creating an environment where
everyone feels safe, welcome and respected. We believe that all students have
the right to feel that they belong, that they are respected as individuals
and that they have a voice. Our goal is the development of citizens who will
think critically, make decisions wisely, respect others, and behave
responsibly. We embrace student voice and student choice to help guide our
school initiatives and learning activities.
This school website is a space where you can find up-to-date
information about what is happening at our school. We also email home a
weekly BAPS Blizzard Bulletin to help you stay connected. Please make sure we
have your updated email and phone contact information every time it changes.
