Programs
As with each school in the York Region District School Board, Clearmeadow Public School supports student learning through curriculum standards set out by the Ontario Ministry of Education and many other co-curricular activities.


Our school:

  • promotes a safe and supportive learning environment. This is done through the Board’s Caring and Safe Schools Policy and Procedures, the Character Education Initiatives and Restorative Approaches
  • provides Special Education Programs
  • provides a before and after school program

We are also very proud to offer the following programs to our students:

  • Beyond the Rainbow (GSA Club)
  • Student Council and SPIRIT Days
  • Extra curricular sports and clubs
  • Partnerships with Kinark Family Services, York Hills Centre for Children, Youth & Families, York Region Public Health
  • Progressive Discipline Model, based on Restorative Approaches
  • Healthy snack program thanks to our School Council Fundraising, Grants and Food for Learning Nutrition Program
  • Roots of Empathy​
