Healthy Schools
DPS is committed to promoting the school’s well-being through the Healthy Schools Program. This program promotes the physical, mental and social well-being of the whole school community. It takes a holistic approach where school administration, school staff, families, students and community partners work together to create a healthy setting for living, learning and working. We have developed and implemented an Action Plan with initiatives to address the identified health priorities of our school. DPS has been recognized as a York Region Public Health Healthy School.
