Message From School Administration

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians:

A very warm Glad Park Grizzlies welcome!  We would like to extend this greeting to everyone in our community, from those who have been here for several years, to those who are new to us.  We are delighted that you are a part of our community.

Our staff has been busy preparing for the arrival of our students.  It is our desire and our drive to ensure that all of our students have a successful year and a good year, and all of us are here to help that to happen.  Our staff is dedicated to student well-being and achievement, and to promoting inclusive and supportive relationships with students, families and community members.  We are committed to providing a learning environment where everyone feels safe, welcome and respected.

We will continue our focus on Math, Modern Learning and Mental Health, with Equity over-arching all of them.  There are many activities and events that support these foci.  We are looking forward to seeing what kind of exciting and interesting things our students will participate in here at Glad Park!

Please take some time to look through the front pages of this agenda with your son(s) and/or daughter(s), to become familiar with the policies and procedures of our school.  Please also take time throughout the year to review your child’s agenda in an ongoing way, to ensure that you are aware of the things that are happening in your child’s learning, and use it to communicate with your child’s teachers.
