HistoryMount Joy P.S. is the third Mount Joy P.S. in Markham. The last Mount Joy Public School is the red brick structure at the Markham Museum.
Our school mascot is the wizard, a magical character. The school teams are the Mustangs.
Facilities
Mount Joy was officially opened in 2006. it is located in the Town of Markham. The school attendance borders are Highway 48 on the west, 16th Avenue on the south, Swan Park on the east and Lot 20 on the north.
