Welcome to the Nokiidaa PS school website.

At Nokiidaa PS, we strive to embody the spirit of community in all that we do.  It is through the partnerships forged between the school and surrounding community that we are able to empower students to reach new levels of achievement in a healthy, positive way.  It is also one way to communicate clearly the themes of belonging and mattering.

We have a dedicated team of educators who offer learning spaces that encourages curiosity, supports inquiry, recognizes effort, and affirms identities.  Students have opportunities to explore and define their best self. These learning opportunities for students align with the Board priority areas for school improvement. 

Nokiidaa PS has a committed and active school council.  One of the goals of the school council is to move forward work already begun around equity and inclusion through parent engagement activities and the implementing of community-focused initiatives.  The school council continues to set new paths for making Nokiidaa increasingly family-friendly.  Visitors to this website are encouraged to explore the school council section of this website.
