National Indigenous History Month.png
The Canadian Government declared June as Indigenous
History Month. The month, which includes National Indigenous
Peoples Day on June 21, is an ideal time to reflect upon
the long relationship between the many different Indigenous
peoples of Turtle Island and Canadians throughout history.
TDSS celebrates National Indigenous History Month
through this interactive virtual classroom with its clickable
images to explore information to help us become more
aware of the different First Peoples who share this land
with us.
