Please keep
us informed of any changes to your home and/or business phone numbers. If there
is any change in the following information, please notify the school
immediately:
- parents' work or home phone
number
- emergency contact and phone
number
- physician's name and phone
number
- medical alert and health
conditions
If an
accident or sudden illness occurs, first aid will be administered and the
parent will be notified as soon as possible. In the case of a serious accident
or illness when the parents are not available, the school will take the
necessary measures for appropriate medical attention which may require calling
for an ambulance and continue to attempt to contact the parent.
