Our School
History
Whitchurch Highlands P.S. is named after the geographic area in which the school is located. The 17.5-acre site for our school is the highest point on the Oak Ridges Moraine. We are located on the North-West corner of Warden Avenue and Bloomington Road, in Stouffville.

The WOLF is our school's symbol. Pack News is the name of our school's monthly newsletter. Our sports teams are called the Whitchurch Wolves.

Facilities
Whitchurch Highlands P.S. was officially opened in 1969. The single storey building had a very unique design of a round hallway with the gym and library in the middle. However, in 2010, the school was rebuilt with a very simple design. We have 12 regular classrooms for students from JK to grade 8, and 2 community classrooms for children with special needs. Our library is bright and beautiful, and serves as a classroom at times. Outdoors, we have a large yard, two play structures, a soccer field, and a baseball diamond. We also have two outdoor classrooms where students can continue their learning in the midst of a natural setting. The gymnasium is large and there is a full stage which is used for presentations throughout the year.
