Responsibilities of placement supervisors:
Interview the student to confirm suitability
Deliver specific health and safety training as it relates to your organization
Provide relevant experience in a safe learning environment
Develop learning expectations for the student, in collaboration with the co-op teacher and the student
Assist the co-op teacher to complete assessments of the student's performance
Verify student hours weekly using an web-based reporting tool
Encourage students to explore opportunities in your sector
