Would you like to request a change to your timetable
for the 2023/2024 school year?
Simply follow these instructions:
Log into your GAPPS account.
Complete the online Course Change Request Form
Have a parent/guardian send an email to sdss.guidance@yrdsb.ca to authorize your request.
Follow your current timetable until you have been notified of a change.
By completing the Timetable Change Request form, you realize that your request may not be possible and/or that the timetable change(s) that may result are final.
To help you review your options a listing of courses offered in each period for each grade can be found here.
*Please note that many courses are currently full. The document shows which courses are running in each period; it does not indicate which courses are full/have space as this is constantly evolving with each student’s timetable change.
Completed Timetable Change Request forms may be submitted up until 4 pm on Wednesday, September 13.
