My child is ill, what do I do?

Contact the school at 905-833-5332 ext. 158 or email the school at king.city.ss.attendance@yrdsb.ca to let the attendance office know of the absence.

My child has been ill for several days and is falling behind in his/her school work.  Is there anything that can be done to help him/her?

Contact the guidance department after your child has been ill for at least 3 days.  The secretary will co-ordinate the collection of work from his/her teachers.  Please allow the teacher 24 hours to put the work together 905-833-5332 ext. 106.

We are going on vacation during the school year, what do we need to do?

Please have your child pick up an extraordinary absence form from the attendance office.  Ask each teacher to fill in what work needs to be completed.  Once all teachers and a parent have signed the form, please return it to the main office for Principal/Vice Principal approval.

When is Graduation?

Graduation will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 

When is Parent's Night?

Parent's night will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 and Thursday, March 30, 2023.

When are exams? 

Exam are schduled to take place during the week of Thursday, January 26, 2023 to Tuesday, January 31, 2023.   2 s021-
