Our School

History
Nobleton Public School was originally located on King Road, just west of Highway 27. It was officially opened in 1936, and additions were placed on the original school in 1952, 1959, 1961 and 1966. As the community grew, a new school was built on Highway 27 in 1969. The schools were called Nobleton Senior and Nobleton Junior. They eventually became a two-campus school with students in Kindergarten to grade 3 at the Junior Campus and grade 4 to 8 at the Senior Campus.

Nobleton Senior underwent a large renovation and the construction of a new wing, which was completed in August, 2012. This was done in order to accommodate all the students from both campuses and growth in enrolment from the new subdivisions being built in the town. Nobleton Junior Public had its closing ceremonies June, 2012. In September, 2012, Nobleton Public School became one school, with students from JK to Grade 8.

Our school motto is, "Walk into this school with a positive attitude, and leave with the greatest gift of all...knowledge."

Our school mascot is the red-tailed hawk.  This species of hawk is common to the Nobleton area.
