Computer Club:

  • Meets every Friday: 3:15 - 4:30 pm via google meet
  • Students learn about: Programming, Unity, Competetive Programming, Guest speakers and other topics of interest
  • Organizes and runs events in the club and school for a variety of purposes: learning sessions, programming contests, guest speakers and more.


Robotics Club:

  • Meets every week
  • Students learn about: Robotics, Electronics, Designing, Building & Programming
  • Prepare for and participate in competitions

Contests Students Take Part in:

  • Beaver Computing Challenge (Grades 9 -10)
  • Canadian Computing Contest (Grades 9 - 12) administered by University of Waterloo
  • ​​​​York Region District School Board’s Programming Contest
  • ECOO Contests
  • Club run contests
  • Robotics Competitions

Field Trips 

  • Field Trips to Universities, Software Developing Companies and other establishments with relevant curriculum connections

  • Guest Speaker to Grades 10 - 12 (Year round)
  • Canadian Computing Contest – February (all grades: Junior (9-10), Senior (11-12)
