If you choose to take a course at an Ontario approved private school then please carefully read the following: - Private school courses are considered the same as day school credits by all post-secondary institutions in Ontario.
- All courses taken at a private school will be coded with a "P" on the student transcript.
- Students may not be able to reduce their course load to part-time status at Westmount when taking a course outside Westmount. Administration approval will be required to go part-time.
- Courses taken outside Westmount are not eligible for Westmount Honour Roll but are eligible for Ontario Scholar at time of Graduation.
- Westmount assumes no responsibility for any course taken at a private school. It is the responsibility of the private school to put your 2nd semester mid-term mark on OCAS or OUAC.
- When the course is complete please submit an official transcript or report card in a seal envelop to the Guidance department and the mark will be added to your Credit Counselling Summary (C.C.S.)
If you have any questions, please see you Guidance Counsellor
PLEASE NOTE:
