I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  I’m Dawn Imada-Chan and I will be working with you as your new principal. 

Once the semester begins and during the month of February, I will be dropping into classrooms or activities so that I can get to know students better. I am looking forward to working with students, their families, school staff and local community members here at Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School. 

February 5 marks the first day of Semester 2.  The change of semester offers everyone a fresh start.  Whether you are taking a favourite elective, a subject that you have never experienced before, or trying out for a new sport or club, you have a new opportunity to be your best self.  Approach your courses with an open mind and a desire to learn. Take steps to grow as a student and as a person so that you can achieve personal and academic excellence. We are here to support you in that process.

Whether you are new to Trudeau or a returning student, I wish you a successful semester and look forward to working with you to support your endeavours.
