Peter Butler III - Rose Fortune Scholarship Program
The Scholarship
Program was created by the Association of Black Law Enforcers in order to
recognize the contribution of the first Canadian black law enforcers, Rose
Fortune (1774-1864) and Peter C. Butler III (1859-1943). By awarding these
scholarships, A.B.L.E. will assist black and visible minority youth to achieve
their educational goals while making a positive contribution to society. –
