Would you like to request a
change to your timetable?
If so, please follow these 3 steps:
1. Log into
your GAPPS account.
2. Complete the
online KHS Timetable Change Form. The form is now CLOSED.
3. Follow your
current timetable until you have been contacted by a Guidance counsellor.
Courses offered at Keswick High School are based on student requests submitted through My Pathway Planner. Please be advised that due to class maximum size limitations, we will not be able to accommodate all requests submitted for timetable changes. Students are expected to attend the classes on their current timetable unless they are notified by Guidance that their requested timetable change has been made.
The KHS Guidance Department will begin to process change requests on Monday, February 3rd. To process timetable changes we will connect with each student. It
may take a COUPLE DAYS before a Guidance Counsellor connects with
you.
The course change request
form will close at 11:59pm on Friday, February 7th; all change requests
must be submitted before the form closes.
