free online speech to text conversion (Google search) eg./:

Instructions:
Click the microphone icon   and begin speaking. (Depending upon your system, it may be necessary to find and click “Allow” to enable the application). Dictate limited text – between 1-2 sentences at a time. When the speech is recognized, it will appear in red.

 

If it's not right, click the "Alternatives" button  to view other 'recognitions', edit the text, or just try dictating again. When the text is right, click the button with the arrow pointing down  , and your text will be added to the box at the bottom.

At this point, it is best to cut the text from that bottom box and paste it into a text editor for further editing if so required. Just as in the top dictation box, the bottom text box is limited in the amount of text content it is able to handle. Repeat this process until you're finished.

you can also dictate basic punctuation by saying things like "period", "question mark", "new paragraph", etc.
